CARTER OLIVER LETTINGS:

NEW MEMBER OF STAFF:
In order to help with the increasing company size and to help do the lettings, we have now welcomed Sarah Woodward to the team!
Sarah will be working on the lettings side of the business as well as helping to keep everyone updated during the progressions stage of your sale. She has worked in estate agency for several years so has vast amounts of knowledge to help answer any queries you may have during this time.
STAMP DUTY HOLIDAY UPDATE:
There has been lots of back and forth in regards to the stamp duty holiday. Currently, the stamp duty holiday is due to end on the 31st of March. We are still hoping that the government will extend this further.
Despite all in person debates being suspended until further notice, MP’S will be debating it on Monday 1st of February. We will make sure to keep all our clients informed of any updates via our Social Media accounts and on here.
