Following on from the Prime Ministers announcement last night, we are happy to announce that despite the new lockdown measures, estate agents can still continue to work. Please rest assured that we are continuing to market your property in the safest way possible. We will still conduct viewings and valuations while following all government guidelines.
The below statement is from the official government guidelines document.
‘You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.
Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings.
Follow the national guidance on moving home safely, which includes advice on social distancing, letting fresh air in, and wearing a face covering.’
In order to comply with the guidelines, we will continue asking all clients to wear masks and sanitize hands on viewings. We will also ensure social distancing is observed at all times. On top of that, we will be publishing videos of all our properties. We ask that all clients wishing to view the property have watched the video beforehand as an initial first viewing. This is to ensure that we can minimise the number of in person viewings where possible.
